About Evalto, Inc.
Founded in December 1998 as DCS Consulting by Douglas Campbell, we began by writing a custom
Visual Basic application for Caterpillar's Marine Division called CAMPAR.
DCS experienced great success with the project and looked to expand its offerings.
In December of 2000, Evalto, Inc. was born with the goal of helping companies
utilize technology with customized solutions and consulting. While we still offer custom
Visual Basic programming, we also provide other services, including:
In 2008 YouthBuild McLean County requested a school and social services application to manage their students which we now offer to other organizations as eduINTEL.
