Computer problems?
Who do you turn to when your computer isn't working? Evalto
has the resources to help fix many of your desktop computer problems. We can
help with the following problems:
Operating System (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/2003 and Linux)
Applications (MS-Office, Internet, etc)
Hardware (Printers, scanners, modems, etc)
Networking (DSL, Cable modems, LAN, etc)
Rate:
We charge $50/hour with a minimum of a $50 charge.
Terms and conditions:
Some problems require reinstallation of software or the OS and can result in loss of data.
Customers are responsible for having current backups.
Customers are required to have any and all legal software for any reinstallation.
We are not responsible for time lost in your business, lost data, or any malfunction.
Some problems require on-site troubleshooting. Travel time is billed at $35/hour.
Once a problem is fixed and accepted by the customer, subsequent issues are billed at the normal rate.
We currently do not work on server class machines.
If a problem is unable to be fixed, we will still charge at the normal rate.
