If a report is not generated after recently creating a config and you know there should be inactive users reported, it is most likely an access issue. Confirm the data feed account has at least read access to records in the target application/questionnaire.
Solution 1: Add the "IUR: Data Feed Accounts" group as Content Administrator for the application/questionnaire.
Solution 2: Create or update an automatic record permission field to allow the "IUR: Data Feed Accounts" group with read access in the target application/questionnaire.
Solution 1: Verify the "App-Questionnaire ID" used in the Inactive User Config record matches the target application in your current Archer instance.
Solution 2: Verify each of the "Field X ID" fields used in the Inactive User Config record exist in the target application in your current Archer instance..
Solution 3: If using "Filter_ID Field" option for the Report Criteria setting, verify the "Filter ID" field used in the Inactive User Config record exist in the target application in your current Archer instance AND that the field is a numeric field.
Solution 4: If using "Custom XML Filter" option for the Report Criteria setting, verify the "Filter XML" field contains valid Archer XML for searching via API. We suggest testing your XML with the data feed account access using Jeff Letterman's ArcherSearch tool which can be found on the Archer Exchange.
